FitToday

Terms of use

What FitToday is — and isn't

FitToday is a wellbeing check-in platform deployed by your school. It is not a therapy service, not a medical device, and not a substitute for professional care. The AI companion is a listener that connects you to real people — it does not diagnose or treat anything.

Who can use it

Students of registered schools (ages 8–18) with verified parental consent where required, plus the educators and administrators their school authorizes. Accounts are personal — don't share passwords or check in on someone else's behalf.

Your school's role

Your school is the Data Fiduciary: it decides to deploy FitToday, signs a Data Processing Agreement with FitToday Inc. (the Data Processor), configures check-in frequency, and receives crisis escalations through its designated counselor.

Acceptable use

Use the check-in honestly and for yourself. Don't attempt to access other users' data, probe or overload the service, or misuse crisis pathways. Schools may not use FitToday data for discipline, grading, or admissions decisions — it exists for wellbeing support only.

Emergencies

FitToday is not an emergency service. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the helplines listed on the Get Help page. Crisis escalation notifies your school counselor but does not guarantee immediate response.

Service and liability

FitToday is provided by FitToday Inc., a Georgia nonprofit, free to NGO and government schools. We work hard to keep it available and accurate but provide it "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We may update these terms; schools are notified of material changes and continued use constitutes acceptance.

Ending your use

You can stop anytime. Deleting your account (or a guardian withdrawing consent) erases your data within 72 hours, except the anonymized crisis and consent audit records the law requires us to retain immutably.
