FitToday

Built for schools in India and the United States.

The safest app on a student's phone.

FitToday gives students a genuinely safe space to check in on how they are doing — and gives the adults around them meaningful, private signal to help.

Free for government & NGO schools · Student words are never stored

Three quiet steps

1.

A student checks in

Two minutes, in their own words, in their own language. A short conversation that actually listens.

2.

Words become a signal

Stress level, topic, trend — a structured signal is kept. The words themselves are discarded in the moment.

3.

Trusted adults see the trend

A counselor or chosen adult sees direction, never transcripts — and steps in when it matters.

Privacy by construction

Your words disappear. The care doesn't.

FitToday's database has no column for what a student writes. Not encrypted, not anonymized — structurally absent.

No text column in the database — there is nowhere for words to go

Never logged, never shown to anyone — not teachers, not parents, not us

The one exception: a crisis alert tells a counselor a student needs help — never what they wrote

Read the plain-language privacy note

Signal for educators, not surveillance

Cohort trends, at a glance

Educators see wellbeing direction and engagement for the students in their care — never a single word of what was said.

Free forever for public schools

Government and NGO-run schools never pay. We are a registered nonprofit, and a fair private-school tier keeps it that way.

Compliance built in

Parental consent with OTP verification, immutable audit logs, and 72-hour erasure.

Questions, answered plainly

Is this therapy?

No. FitToday is a listener that helps students notice how they're doing and connects them to real people — counselors, trusted adults, and crisis resources — when it matters.

Who can read what a student writes?

No one — ever. The words are processed in the moment by an AI that doesn't keep or train on them, then discarded. Our database has no column to store them in. Educators and parents see trends, never text.

What happens in a crisis?

The student immediately sees crisis resources for their country, and a trusted adult is alerted that they need support — their parent or, where that wouldn't be safe, an alternate contact they chose — along with the crisis counselor at a partner school. No one ever sees what was written.

What does it cost?

FitToday is free forever for government and NGO-run schools. A simple paid tier for private schools keeps it free for everyone else. We are a registered nonprofit.

Where does student data live?

Everything we store — accounts and wellbeing signals — lives in Mumbai, India (designed for the DPDP Act 2023). FitToday never stores a student's words: they're read once to produce a wellbeing signal, then discarded. That reading is done by an AI provider outside India, under a contract that bars keeping the text or training on it. And it's all deletable — an erasure request is processed within 72 hours, leaving only a pseudonymized record and the crisis and consent logs we must retain.

What languages does it support?

English and हिन्दी today, chosen by the student. More languages as we grow.
