Your words are never stored
What you write in a check-in is processed in the moment to understand how you're doing, then immediately discarded. It is never saved to any database, never logged, and never shown to anyone — not teachers, not parents, not FitToday staff. There is nowhere in our system where your words live.

चेक-इन में आप जो लिखते हैं, उसे उसी पल समझा जाता है और तुरंत मिटा दिया जाता है। वह किसी डेटाबेस में नहीं जाता, कहीं दर्ज नहीं होता, और किसी को नहीं दिखाया जाता — न शिक्षकों को, न माता-पिता को, न FitToday के लोगों को।
What we do keep
Only a structured wellbeing signal from each check-in: a stress level, a general topic (like school or friendships), and a trend direction. Plus your account basics: name, school email, date of birth, and language. That's it.

हर चेक-इन से केवल एक संरचित कल्याण संकेत: तनाव का स्तर, एक सामान्य विषय (जैसे पढ़ाई या दोस्ती), और रुझान की दिशा। साथ में खाते की बुनियादी जानकारी: नाम, स्कूल ईमेल, जन्म तिथि और भाषा। बस इतना।
Who sees what
You see everything about yourself. The trusted adult you choose sees only your overall trend — a score and general themes. Your parent or guardian sees the same trend. Nobody sees your words, ever. If you choose no trusted adult, your trends are fully private.

The one exception: your safety
If a check-in suggests you might be in danger of harming yourself or others, your school counselor is alerted immediately so a real person can help. Even then, they see only that you need support — never what you wrote. This is allowed under India's DPDP Act and US FERPA as a health and safety measure.

अगर किसी चेक-इन से लगे कि आप खुद को या दूसरों को नुकसान पहुँचा सकते हैं, तो आपके स्कूल काउंसलर को तुरंत सूचित किया जाता है ताकि एक असली इंसान मदद कर सके। तब भी वे केवल यह देखते हैं कि आपको सहारे की ज़रूरत है — आपने क्या लिखा, वह कभी नहीं।
No ads, no selling, no tracking
FitToday is a nonprofit. There is no advertising, no data selling, no behavioural tracking, and no third-party analytics on student pages. Your data exists for one purpose: your wellbeing.

Your data is stored in India, and you can erase it
All student data we keep is stored in Mumbai, India, and the app that handles it runs there too. The one exception is the check-in conversation itself: it is read by an AI provider outside India, under a contract that bars keeping the text or training on it, and the words are never stored by anyone. You (or your parent) can request full deletion anytime from your profile — it is processed within 72 hours, and we email you a confirmation once the erasure is complete. What remains is a pseudonymized record that identifies no one, plus the crisis and consent audit logs we are required to retain. Withdrawing parental consent does the same thing automatically.

सारा विद्यार्थी डेटा मुंबई, भारत में संग्रहीत है। आप (या आपके माता-पिता) कभी भी प्रोफ़ाइल से पूरा डेटा मिटाने का अनुरोध कर सकते हैं — यह 72 घंटों में पूरा होता है और ईमेल से पुष्टि की जाती है।
